We offer three types of accounts:
Gold Account - lifetime membership
For a one-off fee of only £49.95 you will have a lifetime membership to our
full range of services. You will have access to the same services as our silver members,
except you will not have the annual fee to pay and you will receive 250 SMS/TEXT credits
on joining (extra SMS/TEXT credits will be available to you for £9.95 per 150).
Lifetime, means as long as we, as a company, are providing these services - which we
expect to be many years (we've already been doing this since 1st September 2005).
Silver Account - annual fee
For an annual fee of £9.95 you will have access to our full range of services,
and at the same time receive 50 SMS/TEXT credits each time you renew (extra SMS/TEXT
credits will be available to you for £9.95 per 100).
We are continually improving our services and as a silver account holder, you
automatically receive the latest upgrades, without any additional fees. As a silver
account holder, you will automatically receive a discount on all our other services,
such as our flower and present delivery services.
Bronze Account - free of charge
Our bronze account is completely free of charge, your online reminders are restricted
to ten entries and unless you buy SMS/TEXT credits seperately, we will only send you
email notifications (If you want SMS/TEXT reminders sent to your mobile phone, you can
buy SMS/TEXT credits at the rate of £9.95 per 50 - compare this to the silver and
gold prices above and see why it's worthwhile becoming a full member!!).
Apart from these restrictions, you have access to the same set of services that our
gold and silver members do, although you would not receive the substantial discounts
on our other services, that are automatically applied to members with silver or gold
accounts.
For example: if you wanted us to send a birthday card, flowers, etc. we are happy
to do so, but you will get a lot more bunches of flowers for your money as a gold or
silver member!!
Reminder Services
Our online reminder service gives you up to 100 entries (expandable), with email and
SMS/TEXT alerts you will never forget another important date.
Each entry is an occasion you want to remember, eg: a birthday, anniversary or
appointment.
Each entry is completely configurable by you. So, for example, you can set one
to alert you a week before, another the day before, then a third on the day.
Another entry could be setup to remind you 5 days before, 4 days before, 3, 2 and
1 day before. A third entry could be setup to alert you five days before and nothing
else - the point is, it is up to you how you setup each entry, we've given you the
flexibility to make our service suit you.
Each entry can be set to remind you on a regular basis, e.g. once every year for
a birthday, or once a month for a regular meeting, once a day if, for example, you
need to take medication each day at a certain time, even once an hour if it's
something really important!!
You can also select the type of entry you are configuring and we will give
you some additional information when we alert you, eg: for a birthday, we
will let you know how old the person will be on their birthday, or for a
wedding anniversary, we will tell you what the theme is, for example for a
14th wedding anniversary: Traditional gifts have a theme of Ivory.
contemporary or modern gifts have a theme of gold jewellery, flowers
associated with a 14th anniversary are Dahlia and the gemstone for a 14th
wedding anniversary is moss agate.
Direct Contact
Another useful feature is our "direct contact" service: If you wish, we
can contact the person on your behalf. For example, if it is someone's
birthday, we can send them an email or SMS/TEXT message (customised by you)
wishing them a happy birthday. For an additional cost we can also arrange
for flowers or a present to be sent, we can even put a birthday card in the
post for you. Not only do we "remember" for you, but we also "do" for you !!
Remember Anything
This is our most recently introduced service: You can store free text in our
database, use it to keep a note of all your friends and families telephone
numbers, postal addresses, or anything else you need to remember!
